1. GENERAL AGREEMENT
By completing a purchase, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you understand our processing times, return restrictions, and shipping limitations. These terms apply to all orders placed through our Website.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based the destination of your order. Shipping fees are collected at the time of purchase, and the amount displayed at checkout is the final shipping cost. UNKWNZJ is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be charged by your country.
3. PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIMES
Processing and dispatch times for USA and Canada orders are 10–15 business days after payment is received. (“Business days” exclude weekends and national holidays.) We operate Monday–Friday during standard business hours. Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or unexpected carrier disruptions.
4. TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS
Once your order has shipped, a tracking link will be emailed to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their email address is valid and able to receive notifications. We are not responsible for missed tracking emails due to spam/junk filters or incorrect email entries.
5. DAMAGED PARCELS
If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us at customerservice@unkwnzj.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include:

Failure to provide documentation may result in denial of the claim
6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or incorrect due to our error.
We inspect all outgoing orders carefully; however, if a defect occurs, we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
7. ADDRESS ERRORS & CHANGES
Customers are solely responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Once an order has been processed or shipped, no changes can be made.
UNKWNZJ is not responsible for: Packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer Lost or misdelivered packages due to incomplete or invalid addresses Orders returned to sender due to address issues No refunds will be provided for orders lost due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. Please review all details carefully before submitting your order.
NOTE: ORDERS THAT REQUIRE RESHIPMENT REQUIRE A PROCESSING AND SHIPPING FEE OF $28.00
8. LOST, STOLEN, OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
UNKWNZJ is not liable for: Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received Stolen packages Delays caused by carriers Packages returned due to failure to pick up or pay customs/fees Customers must contact the courier directly for investigation once a package is marked delivered.
9. FRAUD & DISPUTES
To protect our business from fraudulent claims and chargebacks: We collect IP addresses, device IDs, timestamps, and checkout logs Any fraudulent disputes will be reported to payment processors and legal authorities.
