UNKWNN ("we", "us") operates www.unkwnzj.com ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. These terms are in place to ensure a clear understanding between both parties and to protect the interests of everyone involved.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. ​
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Dispatch Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 10–15 business days after payment is received.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. We aim to minimize delays during these periods.
Tracking Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment’s progress using the latest updates from the courier.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit please contact customer service at hello@zjle.ca with an image of your damaged parcel.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at hello@zjle.ca with details/images of the product and the defect within 7 days of receiving the order. We will review your claim and provide instructions on how to proceed with the return/exchange process.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns/exchanges that do not meet our policy guidelines. All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We take great care to ensure that all products are carefully inspected and packaged before they are shipped. However, if you receive a defective item, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Changes
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If you need to make a change, you must contact us immediately at hello@zjle.ca with your order number and the updated address.
We do not guarantee that address changes can be made after an order is placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, no changes can be made, and we are not responsible for any lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Please review your shipping details carefully before submitting your order. No exceptions will be made once fulfillment has begun.
