Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based the destination of your order. Shipping fees are collected at the time of purchase, and the amount displayed at checkout is the final shipping cost. UNKWNZJ is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be charged by your country.

Processing and dispatch times for USA and Canada orders are 10–15 business days after payment is received. (“Business days” exclude weekends and national holidays.) We operate Monday–Friday during standard business hours. Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or unexpected carrier disruptions.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking link will be emailed to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their email address is valid and able to receive notifications. We are not responsible for missed tracking emails due to spam/junk filters or incorrect email entries.

If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us at customerservice@unkwnzj.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include:

• Clear photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the shipping box and packaging materials

• Your order number

Failure to provide documentation may result in denial of the claim

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or incorrect due to our error.

We inspect all outgoing orders carefully; however, if a defect occurs, we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.

Customers are solely responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Once an order has been processed or shipped, no changes can be made.

Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines and final delivery are handled by the carrier. If tracking shows your package was delivered (including “delivered to mailbox,” “front door,” “community mailbox,” “concierge,” or “parcel locker”) but you did not receive it, it may have been misplaced or stolen after delivery.

What to do first

1. Check around your delivery area (front/side/back door, mailbox, parcel locker).

2. Ask household members, neighbours, or building management/concierge.

3. Contact the carrier directly to request delivery details (GPS scan, photo proof of delivery where available, or a delivery confirmation).

Claims & investigations
We can assist by providing order details if needed, but we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If the carrier confirms delivery, any replacement or refund is not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
